PeerFly Firefox Add-on

We have been working on adding new features for our publishers all summer, but the project that I (Luke) specifically have been working on is our new PeerFly Firefox Add-on.  I released the add-on about a week ago and we have seen an amazing response from our publishers!

What does it do?

Once installed, the add-on will show your PeerFly stats in your Firefox status bar.  It shows your earnings for the day and your current unpaid balance.  It updates every 5 minutes automatically so you can keep an eye on your stats throughout the day no matter what site you are browsing.

It was built using our new XML/RSS feeds so all you have to supply the add-on is your API authentication key.  To enter your API key simply click on the PeerFly Stats icon on your status bar.  It’s that simple!

If you have any questions or comments about the add-on please post them below.  We would love to hear from you!

  1. This is a really awesome addition to your service. Just installed it and can’t wait to use it once approved. Any chance you’ll be building a similar extension for the chrome browser?

I don’t seem to find any information at all about how to get an api key to add to the firefox plugin. Could you post some instructions?
